But how are you going to specify a monospace font?
It’s a reference to “it is evolving, just backwards”
Go to about:config
Cart persistence and going through the actual checkout is not great. Plus even as a browser there’s no progress bar or sense of stuff still doing something so you’re sat waiting for things to progress
Trying to buy gog through heroic, I have no issues with using gog in a browser
If only the store UI wasn’t buggy lol
They claimed they won’t, but we’ll have to see their actions https://www.nexusmods.com/news/15301?comment_id=155643499
Nah there’s some games that still only have stuff on moddb, thunderstore is the main place for v rising and a few other popular titles, and for Minecraft there’s curseforge and modrinth, and GOG is adding mods now too. The community is more fragmented than you’d think
To add to the conversation, one of the two new owners has replied to some questions: https://www.nexusmods.com/news/15301?comment_id=155643499
It’s not just blur though, it actually refracts what’s behind the element, which sounds more performance intensive than it needs to be, and sometimes it’s heavily distracting, but let’s not kid ourselves that this is just windows vista on a Mac, they’re emulating more of the physicalities of glass than just a static shine
With that 700 Indians AI company what makes you think it’ll be actual AI and not thinly veiled changes with no oversight or accountability?
Did they? MD2 and MD3 look very different from Apple’s design languages
Oh god, why have you cursed me with such knowledge
Steam os is pretty old now, compared to the Wayland readiness timeline, and proton doesn’t fully support Wayland yet
It already is a modern marketplace and many modern games release on it. Just because you only use it for old games doesn’t mean it’s all it’s ever allowed to be. They’ve been expanding their gog program more broadly to cover more of their audience, and a mod support like this makes it very easy for players of old games to release modified versions of those games, instead of needing to look for moddb or nexusmods.
How many people play DOS2 with EE? How many people play civ5 with the 5.5 mod? It’s just common sense to me that they’d set up something for people to keep old games fresh via modding, and it’s not even a steam workshop like system so I’m not sure what steam has to do with anything. The mods they’ve showcased are full overhauls.
You are excited for a new game, I am excited for more russian bfg remixes coming out, we are not the same
Because only steam can have mods? Do you listen to yourself lmao “no please keep it a monopoly, valve are good guys, stay in your lane”
The pinned tabs are closer to the essentials though that’s the thing, it lacks that 2 layer separation based on purpose.
Wdym hard to tell you’re in a glance tab? It’s an overlayed smaller box, and the tab that has it open also gets an icon. Plus you never go into it accidentally, unless you’re clicking on a link in an essential tab it’s going to be manually entered.
Without html?
